More comprehensive windows installation guide for pgRouting 1.0.2

I like many other users have no experience using mingw to build files. Would it be possible to make the guide more explicit for the linux inexperienced?

For example how exactly is "cp..." supposed to work? because when I try it I get a no such file or directory found error cp /include/*.h /mingw/include cp /lib/libpthreadGC2.a /mingw/lib/libpthread.a

It would be even nicer if there was a windows installation for 1.0.2 like there is for 1.0a
