package (#21) - downloading win binaries (#56) - Message List

I am trying to download the win binaries of pgRouting but I got the message: "You are not authorized to view this page"

the page is: " http://files.orkney.jp/pgrouting/binaries/pgRouting-1.0_win32.zip" I even register in the pgrouting.postlbs.org page so I could access the page but it didn't work. Can anyone help ne out? Thanks
